Select the “Me” option from the menu bar. Choose the settings icon that appears under your current twitter profile image. Select “Edit Profile”.

Once you have an image selected, you can move and scale it as you wish. The original image size cannot exceed 1252×626 pixels (with a max file size of 5MB).
